Validates that cluster is backed by EC2 either through a managed node group or through a self-managed autoscaling group.
Parameters
- clusterInfo: ClusterInfo
- source: string
  Used for error message to identify the source of the check
Returns Nodegroup[] | AutoScalingGroup[]
