前提条件

1. Astral または GitHub README から uv をインストールします
2. uv python install 3.10 (またはそれ以降のバージョン) を使用して Python 3.10 以降をインストールします
3. AWS サービスへのアクセス権を持つ AWS 認証情報を設定します
   • 適切な権限を持つ AWS アカウントが必要です
   • aws configure または環境変数で AWS 認証情報を設定します
